Payment and Cancellation Policy
Sherpa Leader Treks and Expedition Pvt. Ltd.

At Sherpa Leader Treks and Expedition Pvt. Ltd., we aim to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our clients. To ensure transparency and mutual understanding, the following payment and cancellation policies apply:

  1. Deposit Requirement:
  • A deposit of 50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Detailed payment instructions will be provided during the booking process.
  1. Cancellation Policy:
  • If you cancel your booking, 30% of the total package cost will be deducted from your deposit to cover international banking fees and administrative charges.
  • If the full package cost has already been paid, 70% of the deposit will be refunded, processed within 90 days of cancellation.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 60 days before the start of your trek. For cancellations made less than 60 days before the trek start date, only 50% of the total package cost will be refunded.
  1. Refund Processing:
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, and it may take up to 90 days for the funds to reflect in your account due to banking procedures.
  1. Force Majeure and Special Cases:
  • In cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters, political instability, or other unexpected events, special terms may apply, and refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
