Payment and Cancellation Policy
Sherpa Leader Treks and Expedition Pvt. Ltd.
At Sherpa Leader Treks and Expedition Pvt. Ltd., we aim to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our clients. To ensure transparency and mutual understanding, the following payment and cancellation policies apply:
- Deposit Requirement:
- A deposit of 50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Detailed payment instructions will be provided during the booking process.
- Cancellation Policy:
- If you cancel your booking, 30% of the total package cost will be deducted from your deposit to cover international banking fees and administrative charges.
- If the full package cost has already been paid, 70% of the deposit will be refunded, processed within 90 days of cancellation.
- Cancellations must be made at least 60 days before the start of your trek. For cancellations made less than 60 days before the trek start date, only 50% of the total package cost will be refunded.
- Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, and it may take up to 90 days for the funds to reflect in your account due to banking procedures.
- Force Majeure and Special Cases:
- In cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters, political instability, or other unexpected events, special terms may apply, and refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
